Little Drummer Folks
Watched the Santa Claus Parade down on Georgia Street yesterday. Got a few good sharp shots (and lots of not so sharp ones!) but nothing that really grabbed me for posting. Decided in the end to post this one, as it is representative of where we were sitting.
For some reason, virtually every band that went by (except the Fire Department Band) played in block before and the block after us so that all we got was the drum vamp. This group, from Chilliwack, were the best dressed, and undeniably the best marching band in the parade (of which there were quite a few), based on what we could hear in of them in the block before they got to our spot. They kicked!
