Remains of a Story

I saw this bit of what I suppose is a newspaper ad, though I don't recognize it, on the beach yesterday beside the remains of an illegal campfire (well, what looked almost like a bonfire actually). It caught my eye initially simply because it was such a large piece of paper that had survived the fire - I could imagine it being carried aloft by the heat then settling back down on the sand; surprisingly not being blown away or damaged further by the recent rain.

Then I looked more closely and thought of the stories that one could come up with about the woman trapped in the picture...

Very nice idea and photo, perhaps a first step in a new trend of photos?

Maybe. I do like the idea. Certainly a challenging one. I suppose we'll have to wait and see how it goes...

Wonderful Photo, Kendall. I think the ad is for Canada's Next Top Model. I think I saw a bigger version of it at Metrotown. I hope this doesn't ruin the fantasy.

I really thought this one was awesome - it looks like a visual from a Steven King Novel!

And I agree it would be a cool collection if you could do a series of them...

Who is she?? great work!
