Walking Along the Jetty at Dusk
I spent a couple of hours out at Iona Beach after work today with Andrew. He'd never been there before, didn't even know it existed. For me, I'm usually there in the middle of the day, so it was kind of nice to try some stuff in different light.
As I was driving out, in the last seconds before the sun dipped below the horizon, the water had an incredible green-turquoise colour, so I pulled over and grabbed the camera. Unfortunately, by the time I had a lens mounted the effect was gone, so I got this shot instead (after changing to yet another lens). Not quite as dramatic as I'd thought it would be, probably needs some additional processing, but I'm tired and this is all I'm gonna come up with tonight...
Andrew - you drove right past - yakkin' on the phone... :)

What a great, orange sky, Kendall! It's too bad you didn't get the green-turquoise colour of the water, but you know, you could Photoshop it to be that colour!
