Went out to the farm market today at Steveston/99 highways to get my stock of blueberries for the freezer (to keep me in blueberry pancakes throughout the winter!). That accomplished, I decided to meander along the South Richmond dike, where I eventually ended up at Steveston Dock and had the obligatory (and tasty) snack of fish & chips at Pajo's. Later I wandered down to Garry Point Park and tried to help a guy get his biplane kite into the air, and took a couple of pictures of the Seaman's Memorial (this shot and the previous post).
