I'll have several more pictures to post today, but that'll come later. I wanted to post this one now, taken yesterday, as it's worth posting as a seasonal marker and will only get forgotten about if I wait to post it later.
It's pretty amazing how thin leaves are, theyre so similar to skin in that respect. You can see membranes, chlorophil, veins, stuff like that.
I remember from photo class long ago that shadows were a bad thing to have in a photo, but i think you make really good use of it hear. The leaf is so thin, that you can see shadows that are behind it.
