I had a friend who use to like to say that dentists always told him not to stick sharp metal objects in his mouth, then the first thing that the dentist would do would be to stick a sharp metal object in his mouth...
Happy to report that I just had my semi-annual checkup and cleaning and am good for another 6 months. Wish I'd had more time to take a better shot, but it was the end of the day, I was the last patient, and they were all ready to get the heck out of the office so I didn't push it.
Would have shot while being worked on, but reconsidered that that might not be the best idea!
