The crowd at English Bay about 2 hours before the Celebration of Light Fireworks Finale will begin. By the time the started, there were many, many, many more people on the beach and surrounding areas.

Your photo gives an understanding of just how many people cram into English Bay on fireworks night. Its a neat photo too because the crowd is repreasented as civil and calm, not like the ensuing madness that follows afterwards.
Its also neat how you don't see the full face of anyone in the crowd. Thousands of people, and you cant see the face of any of them.
